Time-restricted eating, a common weight-loss<\/u> strategy often known as intermittent fasting, has been linked to a significantly higher risk of cardiovascular death.<\/p>\n
In a study published by the American Heart Association (AHA), a group of 20,000 adults who followed an eight-hour time-restricted eating schedule were found to have a 91% higher risk of dying from heart disease<\/u> compared to those who spread out their meals across 12 to 16 hours.<\/p>\n
