Click here.<\/footer>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p class=\"speakable\">A screenwriter has accused the Oscar-nominated film, &#8220;The Holdovers,&#8221; of plagiarizing a script he wrote more than a decade ago.<\/p>\n<p class=\"speakable\">Simon Stephenson, who has worked on the films &#8220;Luca&#8221; and &#8220;Paddington 2,&#8221; outlined his allegations in emails to the Writer\u2019s Guild of America (WGA).\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Stephenson alleged that The Holdovers\u2019 director, Alexander Payne, likely read his script &#8220;Frisco&#8221; when it made the rounds of Hollywood\u2019s &#8220;black list&#8221; in 2013.
