It may not be as easy as that \u2014 but daily affirmations have been linked to improved mental health<\/u>, according to a study from the University of California Berkeley.<\/p>\n
The study included 135 college students. One group was prompted to practice daily self-compassion by saying affirming things to themselves for 20 seconds per day for a month.<\/p>\n
