However, it now looks like the finalised team is set to be officially announced very soon.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
Deadline report that Star Wars\u2019 The Mandalorian lead Pedro Pascal is in talks to bag Mr Fantastic, with social media leakers claiming it\u2019s already a done deal.<\/p>\n
Meanwhile, respected scooper Jeff Sneider corroborated this and claimed that Mission Impossible\u2019s Vanessa Kirby is \u201cwidely tipped\u201d to be cast as Mrs Fantastic aka Invisible Woman.<\/p>\n
On top of that, Stranger Things\u2019 Joseph Quinn is expected to be cast as Johnny Storm aka Human Torch and The Bear\u2019s Ebon Moss-Bachrach as Ben Grimm aka the Thing.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
As for Fantastic Four\u2019s villain, James Bond villain star Javier Bardem is \u201cthe frontrunner\u201d to play Galactus. And Antonio Banderas is also in the running for the part.<\/p>\n
Meanwhile, in other Marvel news, Shang-Chi director Destin Daniel Cretton has stepped down from helming 2026\u2019s Avengers: The Kang Dynasty. The reason given is that he will be focused on the Disney+ Wonder Man series and Shang-Chi 2.<\/p>\n
