The York sisters have undergone a complete makeover which has seen them trade ugly dresses for beautiful designs and lose weight in a relatively short space of time.<\/p>\n
Now, we can reveal that this remarkable transformation is all down to just one woman \u2013 the sister\u2019s Assistant Private Secretary Libby Horsley.<\/p>\n
Miss Horsey as she\u2019s affectionally known among Palace staff, has been working tirelessly behind the scenes for the past three years to turn the sisters into what the public sees today.<\/p>\n
\u201cLibby is a qualified personal trainer as well as being a bit of a boffin,\u201d the source said. \u201cShe\u2019s been putting the sisters through a rather intense workout regime as well as making sure their wardrobe is up to scratch.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
Society stylist Olivia Buckingham was quickly brought on to help the sisters bring together the latest fashions from the likes of Self Portrait, Monique Lhuillier, Vampire\u2019s Wife and Emilia Wickstead. But, sources say, Libby was the brains behind the plan.<\/p>\n
\u201cLibby used to work for Andrew at Pitch at the Palace,\u201d the source said. \u201cBut her organising skills were second to none and she gets on wonderfully well with both Eugenie and Beatrice, so she jumped over to start working with them.\u201d<\/p>\n
Sources add that Libby, who has a degree in accounting from the University of Exeter, and whose main role is to keep the Princesses\u2019 finances in check, has turned out to be a bit of a wonder woman for the sisters.<\/p>\n
\u201cLibby has an army background and a degree in accounting,\u201d the source said. \u201cSo not only will she be able to floor you with a body roll if you get too close to one of the sisters, but she makes sure they budget and spend their money wisely.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
Just last week, it was revealed that Princesses Beatrice and Eugenie would be taking on more responsibility within the royal family following the King\u2019s slimmed-down monarchy becoming so thin that there weren\u2019t enough royals to go around. Sources say that the sisters wouldn\u2019t have been able to do it without Libby by their sides.<\/p>\n
