An aesthetic doctor has revealed five bevahiours and practices to adopt to look “10 years younger”.
The video, shared on TikTiok, is titled ‘How to look 10 years younger than your actual age’.
In the video, aesthetic expert Dr Angeline Hun detailed five things that can make skin more dewy and young looking.
She said: “Wear your sunscreen everyday even at home Make sure it is SPF 50.
Sunscreen creates a layer on the skin that helps block or has chemicals that absorb harmful UV rays.

“Use face serums,” such as vitamin c and hyaluronic acid, she recommended.
Collagen is a naturally occurring protein that depletes over time and lower levels of collagen can lead to fine lines and wrinkles.
Vitamin C is well known for boosting collagen production through the process of collagen synthesis.
The aesthetic doctor also said doing “regular facials” can help too look younger.
